Re: Over 45 and YES we got it
Great news - just how much over 45 are you? I'm 55 and nearly got the visa but my husband is under 45 still and I'm riding on his coat tails........
Some people seem to think I'm mad at my age but I don't feel old and I'm still up for an adventure before I pop my clogs!
How many others on this forum are going sans kids and are of the "more senior " variety??

Hi, my mums 56 and just headed back out to Perth a year ago on her own, although she has daughters out there it hasn't stopped her from getting a job (which she loves because of the company) up in the mines in Telfur, a 2 1/2 hr flight away from Perth.
Although she already had a visa for some years and has been back and forth because of family........(I'm the last to leave)....I must admit I haven't heard her as *perkier* in years....and can't wait to see them all again!
Good Luck whatever age you are.........it's what's on the inside that counts!
