Over 45???
 

Here we go...
I've just done a two year stint on a 457 and I've finally got my Aussie employers go ahead for perm resident sponsorship. It's going to be a tricky one 'cause I'm over 45 but we're going to try for the "age exception" - Love to here from anyone eles who's already gone through the process or has been knocked back by the 45 or over rule.

Not knowing what field you work in or how much in demand you particular role/skills are, its a tricky one.
