hi all ,

i managed to download only 4 of the pre-printed PDF health docs etc. while completing my online GSM application before i lost my link.

1. Will they be available for download again at document attachment time ?
2. can i just submit a hand completed one for the rest of the ppl in my application? but downloading the form for paper applications ?

Hey mala, are you mentioning about the Health checkup form, Form1221, PC and xray? I'm asking because you mentioned there "health docs, etc.,£..

If thats the case, you will be able to access that link anytime with your password/TRN no/DoB/Passport No...
