Default Online Application Fee deduction

On applying online, when do DIAC deducts fee from Credit Card. & when do the application lodgement date starts?

When you finish the online application forms, and click submit button. Your money will go to DIAC.
Believe me this is very fast!

Your credit card is charged right away and the application is deemed to have been lodged when payment is made. So, as soon as you hit submit your application is lodged.

Can I use any of my friend's/parent's credit card?
