Exclamation offshore permanent residents with a newboorn Down Syndrome baby

Hi All,

Me and my wife were granted the PR visa (skilled 136) on Feb 2009 and did the initial entry June the same year.

while we were preparing for the settlement in australia this year, my wife was pregnant and the doctor recommended not to go long flight. so, she was forced to give birth offshore last month, and our newborn angel was diagnosed with Down Syndrome three days after the delivery!!!

i wonder what is the possibility to sponsor our baby (using subclass 101) ? or it might be rejected cause of medical condition of my baby?
