Meds Finalized: 16th December, 2009
All Docs met: 17th May, 2010
Visa Granted : 5th July, 2010
Initial Entry Date: 20th Nov, 2010

My Timeline is as following:

PCC is frontloaded
CO assigned: 23 Dec, 2009
Med is requested on 23rd of Dec 2009 but not done until 12th of May after having my baby and had the medical test for her as well.
Visa Granted : 15th July, 2010
Initial Entry Date: 20th Nov, 2010
I came to Australia on 21st of August.

I had to register the babay, then wait for the birth certificate, then applied for the passport, then after having the passport I had her medical done.
I send birth certificate, passport bio page and form for change in circumstances.
