Hi!
Just to update on our situation. We applied for a 176 visa 31.10.09. Got a CO on 16.2.10 and submitted all docs (medicals, police checks etc) by 15.3.10
Now just waiting to hear.....Will we just get an email?

Yes - you will just get an email from DIAC with a long letter as an attachment.

i have submitted my application in 2nd Oct. 2009
all doc. met, med and Pcc has been submitted and med. are finalized.
it looks like i am waiting the form 80 to be finalized.
is there anybody still waiting for the grant, it looks like many people from nov. and dec. applicants have already granted the PR.
i dont know why it took all this time for the process of form 80

All the docs appearing in Met status and Medical is in Fialised status. Waiting for the big news. Does anyone know what is the current process the application going through internally before I hear the big news of pre grant lr? Pls share.

Anybody applied for India PCC from US. Now I am in US on B1 Visa. I will be 3 months in US. I would like to save my time. My immi agent asked me to get PCC from Indian police. So, I would like apply from US itself. I am an Indian Citizen. Please share your experience on this. If I can apply this, how long it will take and what is the process.
