Hello...Congratulations to all of those who have had their visas granted...I am hoping to hear shortly...my medicals seem to have been finalised 05/03/10 - none of the other docs are showing as met but based on the postings I guess that may not change..so here's to waiting for a speedy turnaround...

My application status changed today to Application approved, and I got a visa grant number, and a date to arrive in Australia.....
The thing i want to ask about is the passport number... when I click on my wife link, or my children link, i get a window to enter the passport number, and the country of issue. My link is static, it just show my my passport information.
My wife's passport expires in 9 months, So i was wondering, can she issue a new passport, and i just enter it's number in the online form, and that's it ?
Or do i need to notify DIAC ? Or DIAC job is finished, and i need to contact the local embassy ?
