Obtaining PR
Hi there
I'm new to all so please bear with me. I have a couple of questions.
I'm a British citizien married to an Australian (for 2 and a half years) but have been together nearly 6 years. We have one son of nearly 2 years and are expecting our second in November. We currently reside in Hong Kong
My questions are:
1. If I applied for residency now through my husband how long would it take? Would I have to take temporary residency intially or would I be eligible for PR.
2. We are planning on living back in Australia some time near year. I would love for my parents to come over on the contributory parents visa. I know that I have to live there for 2 years before they can apply but can this be applied for under temporary residence or permanent?
