Hi, my husband is applying for his sub-class 309 & 100 and the case officer has requested police certificates from Italy. He is in the Royal Navy and we were posted to Naples in 2002 for 2.5 years. Problem is we don't have any friends there who could do this on our behalf and our Italian is not up to making a phone call to ask how we go about it. Would be really grateful for any pointers.
