Hello,

I just wanted to ask how much time we get to submit PCC after submitting all remaining documents for VISA 489.
Actually I have consumed around 35 days since my CO asked for it along with other documents. But I have submitted all other documents (medicals etc..) minus PCC ever since he asked for them. I have informed CO about the delay in submitting PCC.
Is there any thing dangerous if i would take more time to submit it ? or
Can it affect decision on my application , ( they seems happy with other things only I am worried about the delay)

I would feel great if some one could advice / share personal experiences on above issue.

Some countries take longer to get a police certificate from than others, and DIAC know that. If you can show proof to your CO that you have at least applied they will most likely keep your file open until you get a police certificate. Proof that you have applied would be things like receipts for fingerprints or the application, etc etc.
