NZ points for spouse qualification?
Hi,
there are 1 or 2 points given for the qualifocation of my spouse. As I konw
all qualifications from Germany must be checked by NZQA. The problem is that
she has no work experience. Will she also get points or not ? She is a
sozial worker (hope so ;-)) 4 years study/degree. Is this worth 1 or 2
points.
Thanks
Matz

Re: NZ points for spouse qualification?
Hi...
The situation is with partner's qualifications is that you get 1 point for a degree and 2 points for a higher qualification eg MPhil or PhD.
NZQA will decide if your 4 yr degree is considered to be higher.. but generally its based on content rather than length of time it took to complete..
Hope this has been of some help
