Posted a message some time ago, and just thought I ask again in case
someone new might be of any help:
Hello everyone,
Wondering is anyone has experience with submitting a PR Gen Skills
application
with a joboffer for 12 months of 6 months?
I know it says you should have a joboffer for 24 months, but I was
wondering if there is any margin here?
Thanks in advance,
Irene

A migration agent once told me: "In Adelaide they usually work strictly according to the checklist. You claim some points, they check the list to see if you meet all the conditions for each (set of) points claimed, and say yes or no to each of the points claimed. There's no inbetween..."
Edit: Sorry, only now noticed you were talking about NZ, oops. I'm guessing it's not much different there though.
