Can anyone tell me what Qualification I would need for a working visa would it be a HNC? or a NVQ.

Or could i get a student visa and study?

Or could my cousin sponser me on a visa?

For working holiday visa (one year) no qualifications needed.
Nursery Nurse is not on skills list so could nto get a visa to work as one. If you made it up to management level Co-ordinator, then it's possible to get a visa.
Can your cousin sponsor you, yes if they live in certain areas of Aus and you're able to apply for a visa.
Yes you can get a student visa, but is very expensive route to take as classed as international student so have lots of fees to pay.
