Thank you for your reply. We was having problems with our scanning, thought it would be easier to send via post. I will track the postal service to see if adelaide office has received these. Thanks.

Re: NOVEMBER 2009 APPLICANTS
I applied on November 30th 2009. Got CO on February 9, 2010. Submitted Medicals + PCC on March 13th 2010. Since then no news.
Few days ago I sent email to Team3 , asking about my case status. I got following reply.
-------------
It likely that I will not be able to finalise your application for at least
12 months and at present I do not require any further documentation.
All non-citizens applying for visas to enter Australia are considered on
their individual merits and against the legal requirements of the Migration
Act 1958, and Migration Regulations, this includes the requirement for
applicants to meet mandatory health, character and national security
criteria.
The timing for the completion of these checks varies from one case to
another, depending on individual circumstances. Unfortunately, I am unable
to provide you with a definitive timeframe for finalisation of the
application. You can be assured, however, that the Department of
Immigration and Citizenship staff will do all they can to ensure that the
application is finalised as quickly as possible.
You patience in this matter is appreciated.
----------
My question is: Is this a standard reply for all?
Regards,
Usman

Re: NOVEMBER 2009 APPLICANTS
The key word is AT LEAST 12 months. It is very frustrating for all Pakistani applicants including myself. I received a similar reply from my CO recently, but there was no mention of 12 months period.

Re: NOVEMBER 2009 APPLICANTS
No this is not a standard reply. I also raised PLE twice and got reply that "routine processing" but time line is not mentioning. I assume that they will take atleast 12 months to finalized CSL applicants. On web-site timelines for CSL applicants is 15 months.

Re: NOVEMBER 2009 APPLICANTS
Hi
It seems they are nearing the target for the year (My guess)
CSL applicants in my experience mostly took 3 to 5 months even for HR countries.
I dont know why yours should take 12 months.
Wait for a month and raise a PLE
