Are all November 08 applicants got their visa? I am very much eager to know.
My agent sent a reminder to DIAC in Dec 09 and got the reply:
"At present this application is undergoing checks which are part of the
routine processing of visa applications. Unfortunately, ensuring all the
legal requirements are met in relation to an application can take some
time. In particular, it can take several months to gain any necessary
health, character and national security or other checks or clearances from
other agencies.
The case officer is following up on the status of this case on a regular
basis to ensure it is being processed as soon as practicable. You will be
contacted if we require more information when they proceed with processing
your application."
After this email , no other response from DIAC.
Please advise what I can do?

is your occupation on MODL+CSL or only MODL (as mine ) ???
u reckon that we can get this bloody visas this year ?
that would be sweet
maybe we all should fly to Adelaide and organise some manifestation ?

Guyz today i have an update on my status page(first page) of online visa status inquiry.....now its showing the status of medical finalized.
"09/03/2010 Health requirements finalised", so let see when visa will be granted to me!!!!!!!! Moreover my passport gonna expire on 14th March 2010. So i wish get the visa before the expiry of my passport. Best of luck all the guys in the ques.......

You got the visa grant on the next day your medicals are finalized.right? did your CO contact you before visa is granted?
Are u presently working?had employment verification/any interview for you?

I wonder what would be a time frame for Priority Group 3 ?
