Not sure what this means!

Not sure what this means!
I have applied for a visa via the ENS route.We sent our application off last week and I have been contacted by my case officer today.He is requesting meds(which are done) and police checks.What does this mean for us?I thought it took months to get a case officer.Please help as I am having a nervous breakdown!!!

When I checked the email again I only needed to complete a form 80 with general info about myself. UK Police checks have already been done.He didnt request an Oz police check,I am assuming cos we have never been.
Sent the required info off today so am keeping my fingers crossed!
