Non-Resident Mortgage (90% deposit)!!!
Hi Guys n Gals
I'm in Australia on a 457 working visa and am looking at buying a property.
I am aware of the FIRB and can cope with that. I also have plenty of income to cover a mortgage, however, I need a mortgage with a 90% LTV. Any advice on lenders would be most welcome.
Someone on here must have bought a property whilst a non-resident with a 90% deposit!!!
