I was also working on the 3-4 month time frame and booked our meds on the strength of this as there was a 4 week wait at the time. We had them done and I am hoping our request arrives before our results are back so I can put a name on them before they are sent (they have number on) but I am not going to hold them back they will go when they are ready with or without request.

each other. I will be greatful for you all if you all can help me too.
I got my visa acc in 6th May 2005. Its 17 weeks for tom. I am in Skill
Indipendent cat and MODL. Applied from Sri Lanka (Not online) But there
is no respond at all. Agent says wait. I am so worried.... my bigest
worry is what will happened to me if they desided to remove Accountant
from MODL .............. Tell me how long should I wait
.........please. When I will get my MEDS and PCC.

Don't worry my acknowledgment was also received on May 6, 2005. If you just read last two or three posts you will get to know exact time being taken.

Today Its Four Months Since DIMIA Received my Application......No News from DIMIA So far.......... Waiting with my fingers crossed....... Something should come with in next few weeks.......

Hi

Looking at Austimeline they appear to be up to end of April applicants for med requests.
We applied 12th May but submitted meds, pcc and 1022 in mid August so don't expect to hear anything until they are ready to issue Visa unless they require further information.

We are travelling on 12th October for a reccie so intend to contact Dimia end of this week to try and find out our CO as we need to apply for a tourist visa and must make sure they do not grant 136 Visa whilst we are in Oz.

Hopefully in the next week or two they May applicants will start getting requests.

Yep, fingers crossed here too. 4 months and 1 week last friday, going on 18th week now.

Hope we all get our med requests this month =)

We didn't receive any ack and called DIMIA one month after they received our application. They were very friendly and told us that they had forgotten to send us ack and sent it to us one day later.
