Just wanted to inform you that these two states have introduced new lists for their demand occupation with no change for civil engineer ( my occupation - thanks god! )

Did anyone notice any change in the occupation list.
They have put some of the occupations on the quota list from the baseline and a number of occupations have been changed to closed and limited. Check out the ACT immigration website it will give you all the details there. http://www.business.act.gov.au/skill...in_demand_list I know Systems Manager and all the other IT jobs not on the CSL have been moved to the quota list and some of them are now limited. Im not sure about SA but changes are definitely being made and I wonder has this something to do with the new SMP's |

Fahad I dont know if the job will be on the SMP now but it looks as if our job is not "really" needed so I kind of doubt it at this stage |

Re: New Update in Occupation in demand list of SA and ACT States
ll,
I`ve found this in the web: http://blog.abhinav.com/tag/skilled-occupation-list/ Why is that?: The applicant must have experience on an occupation, which is included on the Skilled Occupation List and the individual State Skills in Demand List. What about if my occupation is not on the SOL list, but in the in the individual list? Am I eligble to apply? |
