New SOL and MODL
There will be amendments to the skilled occupation list and the migration occupation
in demand list published tomorrow at the DIMIA website. It is not clear how
extensive the changes will be, however it is understood that some IT occupations
will be affected.

Would this mean that applications submitted lodged earlier would also be assessed according to the changes in SOL and MODL?

Mmmm....one word.....PANIC!
There that was constructive wasnt it!.......now will continue to panic.....
Does anyone know when....<nope panic setting in again>....erm...what time <finding it difficult to breath>..they are due to let people know? <quick pass me a paper bag>...please...<adopting praying position....yah that might work....dont strike off IT Systems Manager from SOL>......

As far as I can remember..read it somewhere on the offical site I reckon..MODL codes are only valid when application is processed ie if your app isnt processed yet then it will affect it....dont know about the SOL stuff though.
