New Rule from September
As per the inforation for new visa in place of BN 136 ,after septermer 07
one must have 12 months paid work experience in nominated occupation out of the last 24 months......earlier it was 12 months out of the last 18 months..
Am I right?
or Am Wrong.
If wrong Can you tell me new provisions for visa class, that will replace for BN 136.

Yes, the new basic requirement for recent skilled work experience will be 12 months in the previous 24 months for all General Skilled Visas regardless of whether it is 40, 50 or 60 point occupation
