Question New passports - which form to use to inform DIAC?

Hi,

My wife and son got new passports and I want to send DIAC an email to inform them about this but I'm a bit confused about which of the following forms to use:

1- Form 1022 Notification of changes in circumstances
2- Form 929 Change of address and/or passport details

There isn't any change in passport details for my wife and my son got his first passport, Before that his details (name and date of birth) was mentioned in my wife's passport and now more details are showing in the new one. Although there is the issue of the place of birth not identical in birth certificate and passport but this is another issue and I have suffecient evidance to address it.
