New MODL list!! What do we do?

New MODL list!! What do we do?
One question for the experts?
As I currently have 110 points and have applied through STNI, I now have an extra 15 points, does this now mean I can change my application to a standard 136 application, or do I have to withdraw and send a new application?
Really important as our original destination was to Queensland but we were quite willing to give Victoria a go.
Any experts advice is extremely appreciated??????

Have you already applied to DIMIA?
When you apply for class BN you legally apply for both subclasses 136 and 137 at the same time.
However, if your application has already been assessed they won't re-open your score to take into account the new MODL. You could always look at re-applying in that case, but I'd definitely get professional advice first.

Thank you Jeremy for your response.
My application went in June and they have our meds and police certificates, but I have no acknowledgment yet, is it possible they have seen my trade and they knew this list was being updated?
Just dont know what to do now????

Hire a professional to assist you. This is not a standard problem that an online forum is going to be of assistance with.
You also don't want to do anything that endangers your Vic STNI sponsorship.

I think I will Jeremy, thank you for your good advice.
I think I may email DIMIA for an update on my application, if it is too far down the line then so be it, but if a professional like Alan or George can help then it may just be worth it.
