New job after ACS and before Visa app pls advise

New job after ACS and before Visa app pls advise
Dear All,
I am umer from Pakistan. I have just received my ACS positive along with MODL. These days I am working in a multinational software development company.
A first question is that before applying my VISA application using new online system. I want to change my job as I am getting a better job offer with a better package. But I am afraid that if I lodged my visa application after changing my job I can present my new appointment letter but can’t get Experience letter just after 10 days of joining new job. Is my appointment letter is enough to lodge my visa application or I must provide an experience letter of my new job.
The second question is about verification. How DIMA verifies by calling my office. What if Human Resource doesn’t cooperate well? I mean by mistake or intentionally can I lodge an appeal.
Pls reply ASAP as I have to resign from current job
