New baby and PR application

New baby and PR application
Hi,
This is actually a question on behalf of a friend of mine who is applying to Oz. They have a new baby that needs to be added to their application. They have applied (General skills) but not received any word back on medicals etc. I know that the baby can be added to their application, and that this should be done before visas are granted, otherwise they need to sponsor the child for a new visa.
My question is what forms to use for adding the baby to the application? There is a form re change of circumstance, but this seems too superficial. Is there a specific form to use?
Any advice appreciated.

Re: New baby and PR application
We do not use a form for this procedure, We simply follow these steps ..
1) Send DIMIA a copy of the full birth certificate with both parents names on it.
2) Send DIMIA a letter requesting the child be added to the application as well as two passport photos of the child
3) Get a new passport for the child
4) If the visa class is a sponsored class, you will need to get them to add the child to the sponsorship.
(Note a form 1022 can be used in addition but the above procedure has worked fine)

Hi Steven,
... and if appropriate, front-end load the child's medicals?
