If you don't have suffienct credits, i.e. the 9 out of 12 subjects, yoo can sit futher exams to qualify you and can even sit the exams in the UK.

I am not questioning your point but it may be worth you checking. You would not want to jump through one hoop only to find another waiting.

For migration purposes it's all academic or tertiary. You need to have a degree of comparable level to Oz bachelor level.
