New SOL will be announced by 30 April 2010 on the http://www.immi.gov.au/.
Frankly I'm also waiting for this list for the months. A few seconds ago I discovered site tap://www.visabureau.com/blog/post/australian-immigration-changes-update-draft-sol-released-by-skills-australia.aspx, where probably someone reveal a draft of new SOL, unfortunately my profession isn't on this list therefore I waiting for the official announcement.

Feel free to correct my English.
Best regards from Poland.

This is just a draft list of suggestions by Skills Australia - it may or may not reflect what DIAC then decide is going to be in the new SOL.
So the above occupations are just suggestions at the current time...

Here is a link to the document
http://www.skillsaustralia.gov.au/PD...F_strategy.pdf

The new SOL is expected to come out this Friday (although not effective until July)

How about anyone who lodged their application already, is that will affect their application? My one lodged way back to early Feb 2009 as accountant, but I saw the Draft SOL only need CPA or equivalent qualified accountant. I am not fully qualified yet. so I just hope it wont affect my applications... Thanks

Regarding accountancy, all detailed here for post July.

Seems not worst and is based purely on academic qualification, mainly uni rather than needing to be actually a qualified accountant.

Thank you for answering my question. This is really good news for us. Sorry for the people whose english level doesn't meet the assessment bodies' expectations.

We are here in Australia already on the student visa. I notice that my wifes occupation could potentially be added (Aged Care) and she's worked in profession all her life. It would be a bonus if it were to make it on the list and get us off the present crappy student visa we're on. Heres hoping!
