Need Help Please About Assessment !!
 

Good day for every one ..
excuse me for the poor language but i want understand some thing related to skilled occupation list .
i am marine engineer (bachelor in marine engineer ) and i could not apply my assessment under ship engineer occupation ...
Engineers Austalia suggested that i may able to apply for assessment under (engineering technologist ) occupation .
my question : am i eligible to apply for assessment under engineering technologist ?

Hi DMW and welcome to BE. Not sure whether that is the right code or not but did have a quick search for anything related to marine engineering and came up with ANZSCO code 231212. This is what I find for that

But when i contacted Engineers Austalia they suggested to me to apply under Engineering Technologist ANZSCO 233914 so i ask if i can apply under this occupation or not ! my experience in shipping operation .

So does your experience match the description or not - only you know the answer to that.

Did you give details of your qualifications and experience to Engineers Australia for them to give you that suggestion - if so, then you may be okay.

If you are worried - try a MARA registered agent who can help with your skills assessment. :)
