Need Help Please.
 

Hi Hope someone can help,

Been going round in circles for the past year really.
Prob being my husband is in the Automotive Airconditioning business (has been self employed for the past 5 years) This occupation comes under the broader header of motor mechanic (4211-11) but as a specialized subject according to Vetassess so they will only assess as a mechanic, which he is not. Unsure if we should apply using the header of Tradesperson or related workers not else where classified (4999-79). Have called the immigration department also vetasses but they have both said they cant tell us???? We know we dont have to give vetassess an occupation but then we leave it to them to tell us what his occupation would be and then it may not be on the sol or modl which we need for the points???
Would like to know if anyone else has had the same problem.
