Question Need Help

Hi All,
With the help of you all guys, i have got positive ACS assessment and planning to send doc to DIAC this month. But i have some confusions , please help me out.

1- Do i send the old employment reference letters having a date June 2009 on it which i submitted to ACS or should i need to request my old employer for the new one?

2- Whats the process of employment verification taken by DIAC, are they call to all the employers or the last one, by email or any person visited to the employer because now its very difficult to get another reference letter while resign there?

3- Is there any bank statement or funds requirement?

Please help me out
Thanks in advance.

Regrads,
Faisal Habib

You need to provide reference letters covering the periods you are claiming for. For example you need to cover 12 of the last 24 months and if you are claiming specific work experience points you need references for 36 of the last 48 months. I applied in May 2009 and my last reference letter was for the period up to July 2008 and it was no problem.

No idea how verification is done. I am sure they will do whatever they need to do, be it phone, email or visit. Didn't really understand what you mean about getting reference when you have resigned in this context.

You don't have to prove funds for a 175 although I think some states ask for proof as part of sponsorship. You do not have to provide bank statements unless CO asks.

If you finished employment in June 2009 and have a reference up until then, that'll be OK, certified copies of all documents best to be sent rather than originals.
The letters should include information as shown against experience links in eligibility tables.

If you have new employment since 2009 and want to include it to make up time for specific experience or MODL based points then get a letter from new employer.
