In need of clarification.....
Hi there!
I got my PR visa in 2004. I spent some time in Oz, on and off, between then and now, the longest time being 11 months last year. I am now back in Ireland where I recently married my husband who is an Australian citizen. We plan to return to Australia to live but for various reasons won't be able to do so until 2009 which is when my PR visa expires.
Now that I am married to an Australian citizen, what do I need to do to ensure I can live and work in Australia once my visa has expired?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
