Hello,

Any migration specialist you use for Australia has to be registered with MARA. Their website is here.

Posters on B.E. have experience through having migrated themselves and can only offer help, not expertise. (There are two or three MARA qualified members.)

Only if they're in Australia - migration agents based outside Australia don't need to be registered, though some are.
