Need advice on 489 Visa Refusal Letter please

Hello,

Need your urgent advice pls on my Visa Refusal Decision letter,

I have got my 489 Family sponsored Visa refused because I couldn’t submit few documents due to some reason (Forgot to attach 2 documents). But I already got all the required documents with me.

I am still on Temporary Visa 485 bridging visa A now.

However, my visa got refused, Can I please resubmit documents again?

Do I need to apply for EOI and apply for Visa again, or Do I go for Appeal against refusal from MRT Migration & Refugee Division?

What are my options for me now?
Need your guidance please.

Thanks in Advanced

Regards
Ash

I'm not sure but if you have no pending visa application, wouldn't that remove the bridging visa?

If I was you I would be talking to a MARA registered agent urgently rather than asking advice on a forum.

Yes, I still got my 485 TR visa pending, So I am in 485 Bridging visa A.

I am in talking to MARA registered agent now, but also looking for advice from Immigration expert here as well.

One of the MARA agent said me that I can apply both Appeal for 489 Visa Refusal and apply for 489 EOI again.

But want to know that if i will go with appeal, will I get chance to resubmit my all documents again ?

Moreover, is there any problem if i apply for both 1. Appeal & 2. apply for EOI again together ????

Or which option I should choose ? 1. Appeal or 2. EOI 489.

(I also applied EOI for 190 State sponsorship as well )

Regards
Ash

Most people on here are not immigration experts - we are just people who have been through the process and can share experiences.

Have to ask why you did not submit documents originally?

Nope. I haven't been ask from CO and gave me decision straight after 1 month..

I thought that I uploaded the document already, but it didn't uploaded properly.

But, I haven't been asked again for those documents ( sponsor's designated living proof, n Sponsor's Birth Certificate & Family Tree)

That's the reason I have got in Refuse letter.:confused:

Is there anyone here faced the same kind of problem?

and what could be the possible solutions for case like this ?

Thanks

Ash, sorry to hear of your refusal but your best chance of getting this sorted out is to follow the advice of your MARA agent. Other people's experiences will be based on their individual circumstances so probably won't be of any use to you, and will just confuse you more. Stick with your MARA agent's advice and good luck.

The answer in a case like this is to speak to a registered MARA agent asap.

You should not rely on any information given by those of us who are not immigration experts -we are just posters on a forum trying to help and we do not have the specialist knowledge for something like this.

It doesn't matter if anyone else has had a refusal, your case is unique and needs to be looked at individually. Get some professional help.
