Default Name Changes

I am hoing someone (possibly one of the experts can help)

My birth certificate states a first, middle and surname.

My primary bank account includes my middle name as it was openend when I was about 17

In my mid 20's I simply decided to stop using my middle name and consequently, my current passport has only first name and surname as it was renewed a few years ago.

There was never any official name changing forms or anything. I simply stopped using it on forms and nobody questioned (as my passport came back without question)

Will this cause me any problems with ACS or Visa app?

Please advise.

There should be no problem there at all. At the end of the day the name is still the same that is on your birth cert and the only difference is that your middle name is not on your passport. 6 of one half a dozen of the other.
