Ours was a complicated case! cause the TAR phoned Alan's works and got the wrong end of the stick and so failed us
John jumped in the deep end argued the case out, send further ref's to support the case which then was accepted
(oh yes baby!)so timeline was for this one

PASSED 25TH Jan
