MIGRATION QUESTION
Hi All, not been on for a very long time so ive reregistered, I have a question if anyone can advise me...
Myself and my wife are now citizens in Perth having been here 6 years, my son is 28 in the UK and hes decided he would like to join us permanently. His natural mother is in the UK, as is his sister. He has no quals on the Occupation in demand list. His only real employment experience is in retail sales. He has previously had the 1 year working holiday visa BUT didnt actually work and stayed with us for 2 months (3 years ago.) Question; Can he apply for the working holiday visa again as a way to get in, or has anyone a suggestion as to how he can get here to stay? (other than getting a MODL occupation and experience...) Any help gratefully appreciated! Chris |

Re: MIGRATION QUESTION
He also needs to be sure that he trains in an occupation he is very happy with as there is no guarantee a particular occupation will still be available by the time he is eligible to apply. This isn't just several years retraining but several years post qualification experience. In any point the occupation can be removed. For example, over 200 occupations were removed this year.
