Default migration agent advice please

we are not able to apply to migrate to Australia till next year, will a migration agency give us advice now or is to early?

i think its ok to plan ahead. some of the things that you can prepare first such as your skill assessment.....translating your documents....all need time. And if your case is not straightforward and you are busy working fill time, i think it will be wise if you try to search information early on.
When you want to decide to use a migration agent, lots of research must be done to get the right one....and also you need to educate yourself properly about the immigration process so that you at least know what you are going to do, whats your option, and best of all...know whether your agent is competent or not.

The whole process of applying for a PR takes about 1 year anyway, so there's no harm in you putting in your application now if you qualify for a visa, and waiting out the 1 year.
