Migrating with a distant learning bachelor degree in Accounting

My friend is nearly finished with his bachelor degree in Accounting
from Open Universities Australia, a distant learning organization. The
degree is issued by the University of South Australia.
Can he apply for permanent migration with Employer Nomination Scheme
(Subclass 121/856)?
He has no work experience in that degree.
Should he have his their skills assessed as suitable by the relevant
skills assessing authority? (CPAA)
Or must he start with two years temporary residence company sponsored?
After those two years, should he apply for skilled migration, or for
Employer Nomination Scheme?
Please comment, thank you for you help

Either way you still have to get your skill assessed by ICAA, CPAA or NIA, and I read somewhere from one of the skill assessing bodies' website that you need to finish your bachelor degree first.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Employer nomination scheme is for those who has had an offer from a company in Australia. Did your friend get an offer from an employer in OZ?
