We got an Email begining of January say we met all Visa requirements (For Spouse Visa) after sending in more info. However we still have yet to receive anything re the visa - anyone know how long this can take?

Our Problem is we need to sell our house - although we dont want to sell until we have the visa grant in our hands which won't leave us much time to sell as my police check was done in Oct so our entry date will be before then!

Plus we got a £50 bottle of champers to crack open when it arrives!!

Does the visa letter come by recorded delivery or normal mail? Reason I ask is our postman is a bit useless and we always end up with other peoples letters!
