Well not long till the Visa's you said and how right you were!!! 
Got e-mail today confirming the visa has been granted - whay hay!
All that worry about BP and everything was fine - visa was lodged on the 19 December and granted on the 20 January - never thought it would be that quick! Canberra here we come!
