Question Medicals/PCC's & Form 1022

My wife & I recently received our medical & police requests from ASPC, (We applied in Jan 2004, my wife is on the MODL)
Along with the police & medical requests we also received a Change in Circumstances Form 1022.
My question is, if nothing has changed in our circumstances do we need to return this form?

All help appreciated.

i have read this on a post from someone else with similar question and the answer was yes you must include all forms which came together but just leave blank if nothing has changed

Hi

Yes, I believe you still need to send a Form 1022 even if none of your curcumstances have changed, it is in effect a null return. Just fill out the form putting N/A in the boxes that are not relevant.

Cheers

Personally, I can't see the point in sending a blank form, if anything, they might even think you forgot to fill it in!

Maybe, I expect they see a signed and dated blank form as confirmation that no change has occurred.

I guess as long as you state it in your covering letter or return a signed 1022 they will be happy....either way it's still so slooooowwwwww.......
