Default medicals

Hi all were off for medicals tuesday 23rd Adele has a heart murmer and she`s started to get a bit concerned, we`ve put it on the form. But it only cropped up when pregnant, she had a slight reccurance 3 yrs ago but tests said nothing to worry about now the dilema is do we tell the doc about the reccurance or say nothing.

Anybody got any thoughts on this one

Hi,

I too have a slight heart murmour and I didnt find out until last yr...am now 40!!!
hasnt bothered me in the slightest in anyway.
There are degrees of murmour and mine is a 1-2/6....6/6 being the worst...apparently if they are so slight they cant always be heard.....so its up to you whether to tell or not ...but I would, as chances are Adeles may be heard when the doc listens to her chest.....which no doubt he /she will and then what.....

HI all,
Medicals done kids fine, doc gave me the squeeze and cough ok, Adele`s heart murmur came up as 3/6 but he was happy with that, but got to get notes from GP now to send off to Adelaide.

Daz & Yvonne, Adele doesn``t have any medication either, bit worrying now but fingers crossed it goes to plan

Hi Paul and Adele,

Glad to hear all went well. I was thinking of getting notes from my GP re all my investigations since my murmour was found. thinking that it may save a bit of time. I will definitely now...

Good luck....when are you having the xrays?

That's useful info folks, thanks!
Friend has received requests for medical/police checks through the post today and as we applied about the same time I guess mine should be through any day, abw - seem to have caught this at just the right time - being a nurse can have its advantages sometimes it seems...

500 quid!!! How many people were involved? I paid £192 in total for four medicals and
two x-rays.
