Hi

We decided to front load our medicals and I notice that they have been finalised without having a CO. Is this normal? Thanks

Yes. The medicals are processed by HOC.

Not really your medicals has been finalised and recorded in their system - When ever you have CO he will look that report.

But if you frontloaded medicals and PCC you may not know when CO is allocated if any additional info required then only they will contact you otherwise first mail will be grant letter
