medical request without PCC

medical request without PCC
Dear friend,
My med requested 7/8/2006 but CO just want me med reciept+ form 1022
and ielts for my husband. but no PCC.
Do any of you have the same experience ? I also email CO whether I
should send it , but she refered me to the request letter.
I just wonder do I made a mistake that not send the PCC or I shouldnt
be worried.
