Hi,

Do you need to supply your medical records during the medical process or when entering Australia at all. I am ask because my GP has moved his practice and the last time I saw him was over 2 years ago. So if medical records are needed I need to get hold of my GP.

as far as Im aware you dont need to provide copies of your records for your medical with the panel doctor. You do need to fill in forms though which ask you questions relating to your health and you need to provide the name and address of your surgery.

As for records when entering Australia, Im not 100% sure. It would probably be beneficial for yourself and your doctor if you did but dont think its a necessity
