dear sir / madam,
i have applied for 136 MODL independent Visa in feb 06.
i want to send medicals before request,can i do it?
and wht r the required forms for the medical test.?
plz help

All forms can be downloaded from the immi.gov website - together with a list of nominated immigration GP's for your local area.
