Medical Forms
I know it has been asked and answered many times before but I seem to get different outcome each time. Which forms do I use for the medicals and x-rays is it forms 26 & 160 Design date 11/05 or the ones with design date 07/05. Logically me thinks 11/05 but just want to be certain. Thanks

I think there is not much difference between them! I have not heard what the news is yet, but the panel dr said he thought it would not make much difference!!!

I didnt realise there was a date on them!!
We had our forms sent as an attachment from our agent, Ive just had a look and ours were dated 03/05!!
Dr never said anything.
