Hi guys,
Me and my family are planning to emigrate in some time in the future, but would like to know how strict are the rules regarding medical conditions.

My wife had an accident at work and from time to time experiences back pain, she has had a course of acupuncture but this has been unsuccessful so will probably have to go ahead with some form of medical intervention.

If she is diagnosed with a medical condition would this hamper our hopes for the future?

Any info or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
