Has anyone taking the new mechanic test?
Also can you get 25 points extra for taking the english test , even if you are english?

The english test you get 15 points for your english passport and a further 10 for passing the test I think, not extra !
Hope this helps, good luck

Thanks Beccie , any chance you could pm me with a bit more info if your o/h has done the test.I am 44 , so I have done a few years , apprentice trained. The only worry I have is being in a main dealer , you get blinkered into your own product knowledge.
Hopefully should go ok.
